Customer Service
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase or need to exchange it for a different item please email us at leilastonecraft@gmail.com with your order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require an exchange, an in-store credit note or a refund. We will then advise you on how to proceed.
All items bought online must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt and customers will be responsible for the cost of return delivery. Where provided all StoneCraft packaging should be included in your return. We advise you to send back the item via secure delivery as we do not take responsibility for missing items. We will email you when your item has been received. If you return an item without notification we will simply hold onto it and await your contact.
Jewellery Care
All pieces are handmade and should be treated with care. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted if an item is broken due to neglect or mistreatment. Be aware that stones are fragile and can easily break or chip if hit against a hard surface or dropped. We are unable to repair a stone should it become damaged so please wear with care.
Please be aware that all darkened/oxidized silver will likely become brighter with wear, just as polished silver tends to oxidize with time.
We do not want your special moment to fade. To maintain the quality of your StoneCraft Jewellery purchase, please:
- Do not wear it to the pool, spa or beach.
- Remove when sleeping, exercising, or doing other physically strenuous activities.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners and hand-sanitisers.
- Do not use chemical jewellery cleaners.
- Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Store your jewellery in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Natural variations
Our jewellery is entirely handmade and not mass produced. It is likely that variations and sometimes minor imperfections may occur, which makes every single piece unique. Your chosen product may be slightly different to the illustrated image. We stock different sizes of some products and each piece is individually hammered, shaped and finished.
All jewellery pieces are made using natural gemstones. The unique properties of gemstones, which are inclusions, textures, colour and marking variations are typical features of a natural product. These variations do not affect the appearance of the jewellery, but highlight the fact that each piece is unique.

We strongly recommended that you have your desired ring finger professionally measured by a jeweller or use our handy guide below.
Please be sure of your ring size before placing your order.
We do not resize rings but your local jeweller should offer this service.
Because of the way some pieces are designed and created, they may not allow for resizing.
Deliveries
- When delivering your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
- Deliveries to the UK will normally take 1-3 working days.
- Next day delivery to all UK addresses is available. Please contact me if this is your preferred method.
- Please contact me regarding International deliveries and I will endeavour to find a suitable method of postage.
- Any taxes, VAT, duty or incurred fees when ordering Internationally are at the buyers expense.
